• Has the patient or any of his relatives, friends, or neighbors been or is in quarantine?

• Does he currently have any infection, runny nose, or sore throat?

• Does he have an elevated temperature?

• When did he last measure his temperature and what was its value?

If the patient answers yes to any of the questions, the procedure cannot be performed due to the possibility of infection with the COVID-19 coronavirus. The questions are also repeated before alcohol detox and Esperal implantation to verify any changes in the patient's health condition.
