Detox does not have to be carried out in a closed addiction treatment facility. We understand how important comfort, a sense of security and discretion are for the patient in such a difficult situation. Moreover, not every patient is able to reach the detox facility on their own; they may even be physically unable to do so. Alcohol dependence, alcohol binges and ethanol poisoning are already a significant burden for the patient and their family. For the full comfort of the patient, we offer an alcohol detox service with home visit. The detoxification process at home proceeds exactly the same way as in a treatment facility or hospital.

Typical symptoms of severe ethanol poisoning include:
- vomiting and diarrhoea
- seizures
- dangerous blood pressure spikes
- deterioration of mental state
- visual and auditory hallucinations, delirium, etc.
- psychotic symptoms
These symptoms most commonly affect addicted individuals who, after days of drinking, experience withdrawal syndrome. These distressing symptoms can be extremely difficult to endure. They prevent the patient from functioning normally.

Home detoxification is essentially for anyone who needs it. We created this option to ensure the most comfortable conditions for the patient. Home alcohol detoxification eliminates the stress of arranging transport. It also provides anonymity, which can be important not only for the patient but also for their loved ones.
In our many years of practice, we frequently encounter cases where the need for detox is reported not by the patient themselves, but by their family, because the addicted person is unable to seek help on their own. Sometimes, family members schedule the appointment for the patient without having the physical ability to transport them to the clinic or facility. In such cases, home alcohol detox is the best solution.

Detox must be paid for in advance so that we can reserve the appointment and prepare everything accordingly. After the procedure, our medical staff issues a receipt for the detox service.
