What is the Vitamin Bomb?

Vitamin drip composition
Medical staff designed the Vitamin Bomb so that its ingredients work together. It comes in three variants with different compositions:
- Standard (from 500 PLN): NaCl 500 ml as the base + B-vitamin complex (B1, B6, B12).
- VIP (from 600 PLN): NaCl 500 ml + vitamin C + B-vitamin complex (B1, B6, B12).
- Exclusive (from 800 PLN): NaCl 500 ml + vitamin C + Cernevit, a multivitamin complex given instead of the B complex alone.
Each ingredient has a specific therapeutic role:
- NaCl 0.9% (normal saline): the base of the infusion in all variants, which keeps the body properly hydrated. Isotonic saline replaces extracellular fluid, helps transport nutrients to cells and makes it easier to eliminate metabolic waste. Hydration is the foundation for the proper functioning of every organ.
- B-vitamin complex (B1, B6, B12): in the Standard and VIP variants. It provides vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine) and B12 (cobalamin). B vitamins are essential for a healthy nervous system, take part in energy metabolism and support blood formation. A deficiency can show up as chronic fatigue, poor concentration and weakness.
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): in the VIP and Exclusive variants. Given intravenously, it reaches blood levels many times higher than oral supplements do. One vial provides both water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins, including B vitamins, which is why in this variant it replaces the separate B complex and covers a wider range of deficiencies.

The Vitamin Bomb procedure step by step
The Vitamin Bomb is given in the comfort of our clinic. The whole process follows these steps:
1. Initial consultation: before the vitamin drip, medical staff take a short medical history. They assess your general health and ask about any medicines you take, allergies and possible contraindications. Based on this, they confirm that the vitamin infusion is safe for you.
2. Preparing for the procedure: you sit comfortably in a chair. A nurse inserts a cannula (an intravenous catheter) into a vein in your forearm. This takes a few seconds and feels like no more than a small prick.
3. The infusion: the vitamin drip runs slowly at a controlled rate. The whole infusion takes about 1 hour. During the procedure you can use your phone, read or rest. Medical staff monitor the infusion.
4. Finishing and aftercare advice: once the full dose has been given, the drip is disconnected and the cannula removed. The puncture site is covered with a plaster. You receive aftercare advice, mainly to drink more fluids over the following hours.
