Mateusz Lisowski

Psychologist, addiction psychotherapy specialist

About the specialist

My name is Mateusz Lisowski. I am a psychologist and addiction psychotherapy specialist. I am currently participating in a four-year training course to become a cognitive-behavioural psychotherapist.

During therapy, I strive, through collaboration with the patient, to build a solid therapeutic relationship. This relationship is intended to provide the patient with a space to present their world and difficult experiences to the extent they are comfortable with.

My preferred therapeutic approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy, and I greatly value the resource of evidence-based techniques that this approach offers. I continually expand and update my competencies in this area.
