About the specialist

I am a qualified psychologist and certified addiction psychotherapy specialist. I graduated from SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the School of Addiction Psychotherapy in Czarny Bor.

I have eight years of experience working with people addicted to alcohol, drugs, food, sex, shopping, gaming, computers and gambling, as well as with co-dependent individuals and ACoAs (Adult Children of Alcoholics - family members and loved ones of people with addictions). I find this field of work both fascinating and deeply fulfilling, as it satisfies my need to help others. I strive for ongoing professional development in order to serve my patients even more effectively. My work is subject to regular supervision.

I have worked in both a day treatment ward and outpatient addiction psychotherapy clinics in Wrocław. With my knowledge and experience, I am happy to offer you my support. The therapeutic approaches closest to my heart are humanistic and cognitive-behavioural. Above all, I value a strong therapeutic relationship built on mutual respect, safety and trust.
