Beginnings

The beginning of medical practice

Our beginnings were rooted in individual medical practice focused on treating alcohol and psychoactive substance addiction. Already at this stage, an approach to treatment based on current medical knowledge and respect for the dignity and privacy of each Patient was of key importance to us. The standards developed during this period became the foundation for the further growth of the clinic and the direction for building its identity, goals and mission.

2012

Establishment of the first stationary clinic

In 2012, the first Nasz Gabinet clinic was established in Wroclaw. This was a significant moment in the development of our practice and a step towards creating professional, well-organised medical care. This allowed us to provide treatment in comfortable outpatient conditions and to introduce proven, structured methods of addiction diagnostics and therapy. Patients gained permanent access to specialist consultations, and the clinic itself became the starting point for further development and opening of new locations.

2014

Team development and treatment standardisation

In the following years, we intensively developed our Team, which was joined by surgeons, psychiatrists and addiction psychotherapists. At the same time, we introduced consistent treatment methods combining diagnostics, pharmacotherapy and psychological support. This allowed us to provide Patients with a high level of care and the same quality of treatment across all our clinics.

2016

Expansion of the clinic network in Poland

In response to the growing demand for addiction treatment in Poland, we gradually began opening new clinics in various cities across the country. As a result, Patients gained easier access to help and waiting times for appointments were significantly reduced. Despite expansion across multiple locations, we maintain the same standards of treatment and work organisation in all our clinics.

2019

Expansion of medical services

During this period, we expanded our offer with additional elements of comprehensive addiction treatment. We introduced modern pharmacotherapy and methods supporting the maintenance of abstinence, including the use of disulfiram in various forms individually tailored to each Patient's needs. At the same time, we developed therapeutic support adapted to different types of addiction, enabling us to guide Patients through the entire treatment process from diagnosis to long-term support based on individually selected comprehensive treatment plans.

2020

Implementation of telemedicine

In response to growing Patient expectations and changes in the healthcare system, we introduced telemedicine in the form of online medical consultations and consultations with addiction therapists. This allows Patients to receive support more quickly and continue treatment without interruptions, even in situations requiring immediate intervention.

2021

Development of mobile services

The next stage was the launch of services provided at the Patient's place of residence. These include, among others, alcohol detoxification outside the clinic. This solution significantly improved treatment comfort and made it possible to reach people who, for various reasons, cannot attend an in-person visit.

2022

Digitalisation and operational development

In the following years, the focus was on optimising Patient service processes through the implementation of modern IT tools. Round-the-clock e-registration systems and solutions supporting appointment management and communication were launched. These measures resulted in increased organisational efficiency and improved Patient experience at every stage of contact with the clinic.

2024

Consolidation of market position

After more than a decade of growth, Nasz Gabinet operates as a nationwide network of addiction treatment clinics offering outpatient treatment, online consultations and mobile services. The combination of experience working with Patients and a modern approach to healthcare management has enabled us to build a strong and recognisable brand, enjoying growing Patient trust.

Today

Integrated care model

At Nasz Gabinet, alcohol addiction treatment takes place in safe and comfortable conditions, without the need for hospitalisation. We offer a complete treatment plan that includes detox, alcohol implant, pharmacotherapy and regular medical consultations. The therapy process is complemented by sessions with an addiction therapist and psychiatrist, delivered both in person and online, ensuring that each Patient receives comprehensive support at every stage of treatment.

Future development directions

The further development of our practice is focused on increasing treatment accessibility, expanding the network of clinics in new locations, implementing new therapeutic methods and further digitalisation of medical services. The priority remains maintaining high quality of care and treatment effectiveness while adapting to the changing needs of Patients.
